Using a four-step job selection framework, PXT Select™ Reports provide a comprehensive roadmap for understanding the traits necessary to succeed in a job, assessing candidate qualifications and fit for the job, and then optimizing employee performance once hired. Once a candidate or employee has completed an assessment, you will have access to all the reports to help you select the best candidate, then onboard and develop them.
Performance Model Report
The baseline for any candidate assessment, the Performance Model graphically shows how each candidate scores within the range of measures for the position you’re trying to fill. Explore our full library of Performance Models.

During the assessment process, PXT Select asks candidates a series of multiple-choice questions to determine their fit for the position. These questions uncover a candidate’s Thinking Style, Behavioral Traits and natural Interests. The higher the correlation with the position, the better the person’s fit for the job. Results also include personalized questions that allow interviewers to further probe candidates’ fit.
Comprehensive Selection Report
Determines how well an individual fits the Performance Model for a specific job on a variety of Thinking Styles, Behavior Traits and Interests.
